Currently, the option to change the display font in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is unavailable, Idela. I understand how important it is to have the ability to adjust the display size and font to fit your preferences.

QuickBooks Online previously offered features like Dark Mode and Themes through QuickBooks Labs as part of its beta program. However, QuickBooks Labs has recently been discontinued, and these options are no longer available.

As a workaround, you can zoom in or out on your browser to make the screen easier to read. To do this, press CTRL+ and use the scroll wheel on your mouse. This will make text and numbers appear larger and clearer.

If you would like to have this feature accessible again here in the software, I can assist you in sending feedback to our Product Developer team. By this, they will take into consideration your suggestions and bring them back into the system.

Here’s how you can submit feedback:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Under the Profile section, select Feedback.
  4. Describe your suggestions or feedback in the comment box.
  5. When you're ready, click Next to submit your feedback.

You can track updates and feature requests by visiting QuickBooks Online Feature Requests.
