How can I delete all my QuickBooks data and my entire account?

You can delete your QuickBooks data and the entire account through the Intuit Account Manager, @jesse48.

Deleting your Intuit data will cancel all licenses and subscriptions, making them inaccessible and permanently deleted. It includes any personal information you’ve shared with Intuit.

Before deleting your Intuit account, I recommend exporting your data from QuickBooks Online to save some documents from your company file.

Here's how to delete:

1. Sign in to the Intuit Account Manager.
2. Go to Data & privacy and select Delete.

3. Click the Make a delete request to confirm. Requests take up to 90 days. During this time, avoid creating a new Intuit account with the same email to prevent new data deletion.

If you wish to use QBO in the future, you can recreate a new Intuit account and subscribe to any of our QuickBooks products.
