How can I end my subscription with you. I can’t delete the app.

We’re sorry to see you go. If QuickBooks Online (QBO) isn’t fit for your business needs, I can help you cancel your subscription. Please follow the steps below.

If you bought QuickBooks Online from the Apple App Store:

1. Go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Choose iTunes & App Store.
3. Select your Apple ID.
4. Tap View Apple ID.
5. Enter your password and sign in.
6. Click Subscriptions.
7. Hit QuickBooks Online, then tick Cancel.

If you bought QuickBooks Online from Google Play:

1. Go to the Google Play Store.
2. Select Menu ☰, then choose My apps & games.
3. Click QuickBooks Online.
4. Tap Cancel to cancel your subscription.
