Exporting paid taxes or other data from QuickBooks Online (QBO) to Quicken isn't an option. You can export your data out of QBO using an Excel file. Here's how:
Go to the Settings ⚙ icon from the tool bar.
Under Tools, select Export Data.
On the Reports tab, set the date range.
Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by toggling the slider.
Select Export to Excel.
Then, I recommend seeking help from Quicken on how to import the Excel file to their software.
On the other hand, export your data from the QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) version to Quicken. You can download a trial to use as an alternative. This is where we can export the data from QBO. Then, export your lists or transactions to Excel. Once done, import the file to Quicken.
