Welcome to the Community, @sfsindia@sudrani. I'd be glad to provide information and help you with your concern about getting a full ledger vendor ledger with the amount of journal entries in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Journal entries are different from expense transactions.That said, I suggest generating a report instead.
Here’s how:
Go to Reports at the left navigational pane.
In the search bar, type in Transaction List by Vendor.
Then, Click Customize.
From the Filter, choose Journal Entry transaction type from the drop-down
When done, click Run Report to apply the customization.
Meanwhile, you can also see the Transactions List in the vendor’s page.
