Hi Kristel,

Please know that this updated interface is now the standard version of QuickBooks Online (QBO), designed to provide enhanced features and a streamlined experience.

As part of this transition, all U.S.-based QBO accounts have been permanently upgraded, and the previous version is no longer accessible. This shift aims to unify accounting, marketing, and tax tools on one platform, ensuring consistency and improved workflows moving forward.

While the interface may feel different, the core workflows, accounting features, and your data remain intact. You’ll still have access to the tools and information you rely on to manage your business operations effectively.

We encourage you to explore the updated design and take advantage of the powerful tools it provides to help you work more efficiently.

If you have any additional questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Are you seriously unable to provide the previous stable version of QuickBooks—the one that actually worked—before this disastrous update was forced on us?

It’s not just me. Your own App Store reviews show that the overwhelming majority of users are now dealing with constant crashes, unusable features, and a completely broken workflow. Rolling back to the last functioning version should be an immediate option for those of us who rely on your software to run our businesses.

If you want to beta-test unstable updates, fine—but do it without crippling the productivity of paying customers. This update has caused real damage, and you need to provide a solution now.
