Enter your accountant’s email address, then hit Invite.
Once your accountant accepts the invitation, their status on the Manage Users page will change from Invited to Active.
If they already have QuickBooks Online Accountant, they'll receive a link to access your QBO company. If they don't, they'll need to sign up for a free account to access all the features available in your version of QBO.
