Let me help you apply for a refund for your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription.
You're usually eligible for a refund if you purchased QuickBooks within 60 days of the purchase date under our satisfaction guarantee. However, there are a couple of exceptions:
If you purchased QuickBooks through Google Play or Apple’s App Store, you’ll need to request a refund from them.
You've got two options on how to request a refund. First, you can fill out the Intuit refund request form. For more info, please see this article: Request a refund for your QuickBooks product.
If it doesn't apply to your situation, you can proceed to Option 2 in the article above.
You can also contact our Support team directly. They have tools that can pull up your account in a secure environment and help you with the process.
Here's how to reach them:
In QBO, click the Help (question mark) icon at the top right.
Type "Request for a refund".
Select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us.
If you'd like to activate your QuickBooks subscription in the future, you can always resubscribe anytime.
Reach out to me in the comment section below if you have additional questions about your subscription or anything else. I'm always ready to help. Take care.
