You can export or print your reports, lists, and other data to Excel. Thus, you can use them for future reference. Here's how:
Go to the Gearicon, then pick Export Data under Tools.
Select the reports or lists you want to export.
Tap on Export to Excel.
For your inventory or product and services, I'll show you how:
Click on Products and Services under Lists from the Gearicon.
Choose Run report from More'sdrop-down arrow.
Hit the Export icon beside the Print icon, then choose Export to Excel.
Please know that you'll have read-only access to your QBO data for one year after the cancellation.
