You can cancel your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription by navigating to Subscriptions and billing.
Before proceeding with cancellation, I recommend exporting your data for future reference. Be sure to complete this prior to your next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. Here’s how:
1. Navigate to the Gear icon. 2. Under PROFILE, select Subscriptions and billing. 3. Click Cancel and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

After canceling, you'll continue to have read-only access to your data for one year. You can resubscribe at any time if you decide to use QuickBooks again for your business.
