Who is the Primary Admin? You or your accountant?

I've got the steps in deleting an accountant and disabling their access, notemusic.

Here's how to remove an accountant and disable their access to your books:

  1. First, you'll need to sign in to QuickBooks Online (QBO) as a primary admin.
  2. Go to Settings and choose Manage users.
  3. Click the Accountants tab and locate the accountant you want to remove.
  4. In the Action column, click Delete.
  5. Hit Delete.

Moreover, to  help you set up and add accounts to your chart of accounts, check out this article: Add accountant users in QuickBooks Online.

I'd be glad to help you again if you have other questions about managing your accountants or other users in your QBO account. Stay safe!
