How Do I Delete Old Terms? (I'm at my 10,000 List Entries Limit)

Hello,

I have sought solutions to this problem already, but after Condensing my company file on Quickbooks Desktop, I still cannot create new List Entries.

Is there a way to delete old List Entries or terms? Say, from older than 10 years ago?

I'd like to edit my company file to make room for new List Entries WITHOUT having to upgrade to QB Enterprise.

Please help, I am at my wits' end here.

You have set up 10,000 terms records? Wow. Most files have about 10.

You can only delete a terms record if it is not used on transactions.

Level 5

You can purchase a 3rd party condense service to do so.
