Welcome to the Community, @AFox1_247. There are various reasons why the edit option isn't available when updating the billing info for your QuickBooks Online subscription.
It could be that you don't have enough access rights to update the billing info for your QuickBooks Online account. If this is the case, I'd recommend contacting your master admin to change your access rights.
If you're the master admin, it could be that you're experiencing a browser-related issue. We can use a private or incognito window to identify this problem. Here's how:
Launch Google Chrome as your regular browser.
Press these keys together, CTRL+SHIFT+N.
Log in to your QuickBooks account, and check to see if the edit option is now available.
If it does, that means your default browser is full of temporary internet files and cookies which caused the issue.
