Your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account's security is enhanced by an extra layer called two-factor authentication. You can disable this function if it doesn't work for your company.
Please be aware that you'd still be required to complete two-step verification depending on your device, network, and browser used to log in to Intuit products.
Due to external factors, such as an ad blocker, you'd be needed to confirm your identity for trusted devices. In this situation, either add the domain *.intuit.com to your ad blocker's allow list or turn off your ad blocker for the entire domain *.intuit.com.
