How do I re-send an invitation to a new user who lost his password?

You can delete their profile and add them as a user again, October. I'll be glad to walk you through the process:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Manage Users.
  2. Locate the user who forgot their password, then click the dropdown arrow beside edit.
  3. Select Delete, then Delete User.
  4. Once done, add them to your QuickBooks Online account again.

 

Alternatively, you can have them use the Forget Password feature so they can reset their password.

 

  1. Have them log in to QBO.
  2. Let them enter their email or user ID.
  3. Click Sign In.
  4. Select Forgot Password, and let them proceed with the next steps.
