I’ve got your back in re-subscribing your account in QuickBooks Online (QBO), colby.
When logging into your company file, you should be prompted to re-subscribe to your account. If not, I’ll guide you thoroughly to ensure you get access back to it. Moreover, there are two important parts that we have to do to successfully re-subscribe. Here are the following:
Part 1:
Log in to your QuickBooks Online company and navigate to the Gear icon.
From there, select Subscriptions and billing.
After that, tap Resubscribe, and enter the updated billing information.
Select Subscribe.
Part 2:
Sign out, then sign in again.
Go back to the Gear icon, and select Subscriptions and Billing.
