I'll walk you through in restoring backup data in QuickBooks Online. This feature is available in QuickBooks Online Advanced Company.
Restoring your backup data may take up to an hour. You will know when it's ready when you see a checkmark. Don't do anything in your company until it's done.
Here's how to restore backup data:
Go to Settings⚙, then select Back up company.
Note: You might need to sign in with Intuit account then select Authorize to proceed.
Find the company you want to restore a back of.
From the Action ▼ dropdown menu, select Restore.
In the Date field, select the date you want to restore.
From the Time ▼ dropdown menu, select the time you want to restore.
Enter AGREE from the Ready to restore your backup? section.
Select Next. If you see a list of recommended actions, follow them first. After you finish everything on the list, select Refresh to continue.

You don't need to restore the complete company file backup to recover your bank transactions, LS431.

In the meantime, if you're using QBDT, you can re-download your bank feed transactions by using either the Direct Connect or Web Connect method.
Then, here's how to do it using Direct Connect:
Go to the Banking menu and select Bank Feeds, then choose Bank Feeds Center.
From the Bank Accounts list, select the account you need to connect.
Click Download Transactions.
Choose to Synchronize:
Select Sync this account (for the specific account) or Sync all for this Bank (for all accounts at that financial institution).
Enter your PIN or Password to connect to your bank, and then click OK.
