How do I use an electronic signature for checks in QuickBooks online? I had it set up in Quickbooks Desktop, but when I upgraded to online, it no longer prints?

The option to add an electronic signature for checks in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is currently unavailable. This feature is only offered in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). Thus, I suggest using a third-party app so you can add digital signatures to your checks. 

 

Here's how you can look for an app:

 

  1. Go to the QBO App Store
  2. In the search bar, type e-signature.
  3. Browse the suggested apps that match your needs. Then, click Get App Now.
