How do you back up quickbooks online plus

Let me help back up your QuickBooks Online (QBO) Plus company.

Only QBO Advanced has the option to back up all your data through automatic backups, one-time manual backups, or even save copies in online drives. However, in QBO Plus, you'll need to export data and save copies on your computer manually.

Here's how to export your data from QBO:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Export data under Tools.
3. Choose a date range on the Reports tab.
4. Toggle the sliders to add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs.
5. Hit Export to Excel.
6. Click Ok.

You can use a 3rd party backup restore app.

Another option, convert your data to QB Desktop file format and you can use the trial version to open it later.
