A new client has attempted to my firm as the 2nd Accountant. I believe the 1st accountant provided QBs online to them through his ProAdvisor plan. I am also a ProAdvisor. I am not receiving the email invite when the client adds my firm. Is this because the other accountant added the company through his ProAdvisor plan? Does he have to approve my firm as the 2nd accountant? Can he block a 2nd accountant.
Thank you for reconnecting with the Community. I want to ensure you checked your junk or spam folders to see if the invitation could be there first. If not, I would like for you to reach out to the admin and ask them to resend the invitation again.
I am adding this article detailing how to add Intuit's service email addresses to your email's allowed list.
I was invited by a client. When I accepted the invite, it asked me to create an account. I did but now when I try to accept the invite, it sends me back to the Sign Up page and tells me the email account already exists.
Since you've already created an account have you tried clicking on the Sign in button? Doing this will route you to the page where you'll need to input your login credentials in QuickBooks. You can also use this link to log in to your QuickBooks account: Sign in to QuickBooks.
Furthermore, make sure that you have an active QuickBooks Online Account in order to login successfully.
