Thank you for posting your first concern in our forum, @Denise61000. I'll help you with pulling up your sales report for the year broken down by City, State, and Zip code.
At this time, you can run the Sales by Location Detail report to see your sales performance of all linked localities. You can group it by Location to generate the amounts per place. Here's how:
Click on Reports at the left pane, then look for Sales by Location Detail.
Filter the Dates.
Select Location under Group by.
Tap on Run report to refresh the page.
However, it only defaults to the data you've entered on the Location field when tracking your sales.
I can see your interest in getting the breakdown of your sales by city, state, and zip. For now, you can also open the Customer Contact List to get this information.
Additionally, you may save the current customization settings of your report for future use. You can read through the resources from this article as your guide: Memorize reports in QuickBooks Online.
I'm always here to extend my help if you have follow-up questions while managing your sales data in QBO. Just leave a comment below. Have a great day ahead!

On the other hand, when importing data, only a subset of the data is accepted and imported into the program. I'll list the information that you can get into your QBO company below:
