Let me help with your concern. Do you mean you want to remove the restriction from the accountant's copy?
Please take note that removing the Accountant's Copy restriction is IRREVERSIBLE. Once the restriction is removed, the changes in the current Accountant's Copy will not be imported to your company file. Here's how:
Go to the File menu, then select Send Company File.
Look for Accountant's copy, then click Client Activities.
Select Remove Restrictions.
Click Yes, I want to remove the Accountant's Copy restrictions.
Select OK.
