I am not able to resubscribe. Once i click on resubscribe, i get an error code 81622 telling me to contact support and the resubscribe button is greyed out. HELP

Same issue for weeks as well and same poor answers as above each time I contact the CS with not fixed issue as solution...etc.

I am thinking to switch to another provider.
