I am trying to re subscribe to the simple plan the original cost of £16 but an offer price of £1.60 when I select it it takes me to the payment but the cost is £19

The £1.60/month promotional rate for the Simple Start plan is for new customers only. Since you’re resubscribing, your account defaults to the standard rate of £16 a month. With the mandatory 20% VAT added, your total monthly payment is £19.20.
