I am unable to link American Express Business Checking Account. How do I do this? Its uses the same login as the Business Credit Card

I have information about connecting your American Express Business Checking Account in QuickBooks Online (QBO), eastcoast.

Connecting your online banking to your QBO account is a great advantage to automatically download your transactions and categorize them in no time. However, the financial institution you are connected with is not yet supported to link the application. Thus, I recommend you send a request to support a connection with it by following the steps below:

1. Go to the Banking menu and navigate to the Banking tab.
2. Click the Link Account button and enter your Bank URL.
3. Scroll down to the bottom and tap the Still can’t find your bank? Hyperlink.
   
4. Re-enter your bank URL and click the Request button.
   

    

In the meantime, you can manually upload them to get them into your company file and categorize them. Please refer to the guidelines below:

1. Sign in to your bank website.
2. Follow the instructions on how to download your transactions as a CSV file.
3. Once downloaded, navigate to the Gear icon in your QuickBooks account.
4. Select Import data and choose Bank data.
5. Follow the onscreen steps under Manually upload your transactions.
6. Review the column headers and data then click Continue to start the import.
