I can't find the inventory valuation summary report anywhere on QBO

The Inventory Valuation Summary report is only available in QuickBooks Online Plus and Advanced. If you're using Simple Start or Essentials, I'd recommend upgrading your subscription. You can use this comparison article to see the available reports per subscription: Reports included in your QuickBooks Online subscription.

If you're already a Plus or Advanced user, you'll still need to turn on the inventory feature before you can get the report. You can use this article for the detailed steps on turning on and creating inventory items: Set up and track your inventory in QuickBooks Online.

Once everything is set, the Inventory Valuation Summary report will now be available on your Reports. You can either customize, memorize, or export it to Excel.
