I changed my bank password but didn't update QB. Now, I updated the password, it displays my correct balances, but doesn't import current transactions. What am I missing?

I'll help make sure to get your transactions downloaded in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

You can refresh your bank account to initiate the integrated connection between your bank and QuickBooks so it'll download your missing transactions. I'll show you how.

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Transactions, select Bank accounts.
3. Toggle to turn on the bank account you want to be updated.
4. Click Refresh all.
