I had to resubscribe to QuickBooks online, how do I get my company information back?

It’s possible that your subscription was canceled for more than 12 months, which is why you can’t find your company data, 308lakeside. I’ll discuss this further.

Your company data is kept in a read-only state for 12 months (365 days) from the cancellation date. If you resubscribe to the same QuickBooks Online (QBO) company using the same credentials within that period, your data should be available.

Since your company information isn’t found, you’ll need to start over with a new company file. Here’s how:

1. Sign up for QuickBooks Online.
2. Enter your user ID and password. You can reuse the same credentials from your previous company.
3. If you need payroll services, add Payroll during the sign-up process (it's mentioned in Step 2 of sign-up).
