i have accountant free account and i want to import my quickbooks desktop to my account how i can do that

When transferring your files from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online, ensure that your online account is empty to avoid accidentally overwriting any existing data. If your account already has information, you will receive a prompt asking you to choose between Agree and Replace to proceed. To protect your current data, it’s best to import your desktop files into a new company file or a different empty account.

Also, timing plays a critical role based on how your QuickBooks Online account was created. As a QuickBooks Online Accountant user, you have a 180-day window from the date the account was set up to migrate your Desktop data over. Once those days pass, you will no longer be able to move your QuickBooks Desktop file into that account.
