Allow me to help you successfully access your issued 1099's.
If you decide to e-file the form or print and file it manually, different procedures apply for viewing and printing your tax forms. We would need to archive the forms if you manually filed your issued tax forms. You may proceed with the steps below as follows:
Step 1: Archive the form
Go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
Select the Filings tab.
Next to the tax form you want to save or archive, select File.
Select the period, then Archive.
Step 2: View the form
Go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
Select the Filings tab.
Select Resources, then Archived forms and filings.
Select the ▼ dropdown menu to filter the form type you want to view.
Select the form name, then View.
If you have e-filed your tax form, or we filed for you and was unable to see the archived or previously filed 1099, then you may need to contact our payroll support team to secure a copy.
