I am looking for a report that lists all subcontractors paid with the dollar amount for a particular year.

Run a Profit and loss>filter to your subcontractor expense or COGS acct.

Level 4

Run a Profit and loss>filter to your subcontractor expense or COGS acct.

Level 11

Run your 1099 reports, and change the filter for All Vendors instead of only 1099 Vendors.
