I think you're referring to reactivating your subscription. I've got a few steps for you to follow.
Part 1:
Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
Select Settings ⚙ at the top.
Under Your Company, chooseAccount and Settings.
SelectBilling & Subscription,then Resubscribe,and enter the updated billing information.
SelectSubscribe.
Part 2 - important step:
Log out, then log in again.
Select Settings ⚙, thenAccount and Settings.
SelectBilling & Subscription, then check the Next charge date. If it's a date in the past, contact Care to prevent back-billed charges from occurring.
You can now continue working from where you left off.
