I signed up expecting a 30 days free trial but was charged right away. This is misleading and unacceptable. Please issue a full refund immediately.

When signing up for a QuickBooks Online account, you won't incur any charges, provided you select the Free trial for 30 days option. If you did not toggle it, this might be the reason why you're charged immediately. Otherwise, you'll be auto-subscribed at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the 30 days are up.

1. Go to the Help icon on the top menu.
2. Select the Search tab, then the Contact Us button
