Question

I used to be able to filter my budget vs actuals report by class. Is that not possible anymore?

I ran it at the end of Q2 and was able to filter by class, but now I can only filter by distribution account.

Yes, it's still possible, you can still filter the report by class, Jpez177.

You may have selected the Budget vs. Actuals report without applying the class filter. To fix this, select the reporting option configured with the class setup to enable filtering. Refer to the screenshot below for guidance on the two different filters:

Make sure, to select in the Budget dropdown arrow with the report with class.

  1. Select Customize on the top right of your screen.
  2. Navigate and scroll down to Filter, then select Class.
  3. Click Run report.

On the other hand, you can check this article to learn how this allows you to analyze your financial data based on different classes you've set up: Run reports by class.
