I was QBOA until June 2025. I no longer have outside clients but still using my qboa account to run my freelance books which included freelance writing. where did it go?

QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) is a free program and cannot be deleted by the system. Could you share the exact error message you’re encountering when signing in to your QBOA account? Additionally, please confirm that you’re using the correct username or email address associated with your account.
