I can show you how to run budget reports, jud12.

The Budget Overview report will display differently based on the interval you set. Still, you can run report that compares 2 years of budget. Let me show you how:

  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. Go to the Standard tab and in the search field enter and select Budget overview.
  3. Click the Customize button at the upper-right.
  4. When you created the budget in a monthly interval, you'll want to select the first date to the last date of the second year.
  5. Click Run report.

The report will show by month within the 2 years of budget.

Additionally, you can filter your reports to focus on the details that matter to you the most. Doing so will let you show specific accounts or format the layout to get the data you need. To learn more about this process, you can refer to this article: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.
