I’m glad to see what options we have for the parent account to also show up in the report. There’s a couple of reports to view the information that you are needing. You can view the Custom Summary Report to break down the type of expenses.
Here’s how:
Go to Reports > Custom Summary Report
Click Modify Report
Select your dates
Change Display Columns by to Month
Pick on the Filters tab
Choose Transaction Type for the Filter and pick Credit Card
