is anyone having issues with their line items on invoices changing order?

Currently, we haven’t received reports about the changing orders for the line items, Derek.

 

To resolve this, you can use the drag-and-drop handle to reorder the line items to the correct one. Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Customers Hub menu and select Customers.
  2. Choose the specific customer whose invoice has line items in the incorrect order.
  3. Find the invoice with the issue and open it.
  4. Use the drag-and-drop handle to rearrange the line items into the correct order.
  5. Review the changes, then click Save and Close.
