Is it possible to bulk export multiple reports (P&L, SoCF, and BS) from multiple clients on QuickBooks Online Accountant?

Yes, we can bulk export reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Kevin. Let's discuss what are these and what needs to be done individually.

In QBO, several reports can be exported all at once to save some of our time. One of those are Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet reports. To do so, please follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings ⚙. 
2. Select Export data. 
3. On the Reports tab, set the date range. 
4. Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by turning the switch on or off. 
5. Select Export to Excel.

On the other hand, the Statement of Cash Flows (SoCF) report needs to be exported separately. Here's how:   

1. Go to Reports.
2. Search for the Statement of Cash Flows.
   
3. Select the correct client.
4. Click Export to Excel.
