Is it possible to email the P&L/Balance Sheet from the phone app?

The QBO mobile app has no option to email reports. You'll want to sign in to your QBO company using a mobile browser to email them instead.

1. Sign in to QBO using a mobile browser.
2. Tap the menu icon on the top left and choose Reports.
3. Select Balance Sheet or Profit and Loss.
4. Click the Email icon to email your report. If you don't see it, change your phone orientation to landscape.
   
   

You can customize your reports before sending them.
