Is it possible to switch my subscription to another email address?

Yes, it is possible, but changing your email address means changing the email of your Intuit account. Therefore, if you have other subscriptions, such as payroll, another QBO company, or anything under your Intuit account will use that new email. Check this out: Reset or change your login information for QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Online Accountant, and QuickBooks Self-Employed. You'll want the From QuickBooks Online section.

On the other hand, if you want to transfer your existing QBO to another account with that other email, you'll want to get in touch with our Support team.

1. Click on Help.
2. Choose the Search tab and click Contact Us.
3. Paste your question in the What can we help you with? box and click Continue.
4. Choose Chat or Callback.
