Yes, there is a report that can give you this data in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
We can run the Taxable Sales Detail report to get the sales tax amount per customer for a given period. Here's how:
Go to Reports and open the Taxable Sales Detail report.
Filter the Report period.
Click Customize, then go to the Rows/Columns section.
Check the Tax Amount box.
Select Run report.
You will now see the list of transactions together with the customer's name and their taxes for each items. You can also export this report to Excel to easily get the total sales tax for each customers. Just click the Export icon and select Export to Excel.
