You did answer the question I asked. But maybe I didn't ask the question I need correctly . Is there a way to email multiple customers at one time, or a way to copy multiple customers emails and paste into a email?
There's definitely a way to do that, certifiedhomeins.
You can send the Customer Contact List report to multiple email addresses directly from QuickBooks Online. In this process, you'll have to enter the multiple email addresses separated by a comma and space so you can send the report at once. Here's how:
Select Reports from the sidebar menu.
Under the Sales and customers section, choose Customer Contact List.
Click the Email icon.
Select Email to open the Email Report window.
In the To field, type in the email addresses separated by a comma and space.
Enter the email addresses in the Cc field as needed.
However, you can use our BRC Excel Batch-Email Manager to do this. First, export a report like the Customer Contact list to Excel (where you've added the Email column to it). Then use the Batch-Email Manager to create and send a custom email to each customer.
