Is there a way to disable AI features?

Hi, Erin. I understand how these new functionalities may interrupt your workflow. While disabling these features is not supported, I’ll ensure that your request is shared with our Product Development team for future consideration.

The AI features were introduced as part of ongoing efforts to improve usability and streamline management tasks. However, we recognize that every user works differently, and your feedback helps us create a better balance between automation and user control.

We encourage you to provide your feedback directly to our Product Development team by using the Send Feedback option in the program. This channel sends your suggestions straight to them.

Here’s how to do that:

1. Open your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Go to the Gear icon located at the top-right corner of your screen.
3.  Under the Profile section, select Feedback.
4. Type in your suggestions and then click on Next.
