Your tag is QB Online but license/product numbers are only related to QB Desktop. Any specific concern? Do you need to migrate data from QB Desktop to QB Online or else?

QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't have a license number. You will have a Company ID instead. That said, are you trying to get the QuickBooks Desktop license number and product code? If so, you can press F2 on your keyboard.

Another way is to visit the Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPS) to get your product and license number from there as long as you registered your product.

Also, if you purchased QuickBooks in a physical retail location, the license number will be listed on the packaging.

For purchases made from authorized retail stores, you can see your license and product numbers in the original product packaging. Take a look at the scratch-off sticker located next to the UPC code. Here's how it looks like:

As per what my previous colleagues have mentioned above, if you’ve installed QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Premier, or Enterprise 2024, you can find your product and license numbers by pressing the F2 key within the application. You can see the product name, product number, and license number in the Product Information window.

However, if you’re still in the process of installing it, here are some ways to obtain those numbers:

Confirmation Email: If you purchased QuickBooks Desktop Pro from our website, check your original purchase confirmation email. It should contain your license number and product code.
