I'll share information about your missing journal entry in your Chart of Accounts.

To find your journal entry in your chart of accounts, you'll need to review your account and ensure the date entered is correct on the created journal entry. Be sure to check whether any filters are applied when searching the chart of accounts, as it is possible that the entry may not appear due to the filter being used.

Furthermore, if the journal entry is still not showing after the steps mentioned above, you can do an Advanced Search to search for your entry.

Here's how:

1. Click the magnifying glass icon.
2. At the bottom right corner of the search bar, click Advance Search.
3. Use filters such as Date range, Transaction type, Reference number, Contact, Amount, and Accounts to find the data you are looking for.
4. Select Add filter, then you can see the data you are looking for.
