Question

Mobile has been down for three days with no access to create invoices, add customers, etc. anyone else experiencing this?

When I open my mobile app, it literally doesn’t show any of my details, I can’t even send reminders or past due invoices.

How are you doing today? I hope all is well. 

 

Let's try some basic troubleshooting steps to get your app working correctly again. 

 

First, let's clear the app's cache. Here's how (Android):

 

  1. Go into your phone Settings.
  2. Scroll down to Apps. Then click on QuickBooks.
  3. Tap on Storage. Then hit Clear Cache.

If the issue persists, go ahead and follow those same steps but tap on Clear Data.  

 

IOS:

 

  1. Offload the app.
  2. Go to the phone Settings.
  3. Scroll down to Storage.
  4. Choose QuickBooks. Then tap on Offload App.
