Must my Amazon and quickbooks SE email/login ID be identical to connect to Amazon? Repeat CAPTCHA prompts before am returned to starting point of integration setup.

QuickBooks Self-employed and Amazon login ID doesn't have to be identical. The captcha is used as a security check to ensure only human users can pass through. QBSE program and apps are protected by captcha and browser's policy and terms.

That said, you'll have to answer the captcha questions to proceed with the integration process. You can contact our Customer Care Support if you need further assistance during integration.
