My connected bank account does not show last years information. Just changed from self-employed to QB online

Thank you for choosing QuickBooks as your accounting software. In QuickBooks, the system only downloads up to the last 90 days of transactions, you can manually import data beyond the time limit. Download the bank statement from your bank using the following supported formats or file types:

• Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
• Quicken (QFX)
• QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Microsoft Money (OFX) 

Once the bank file is ready, start importing the file to your QuickBooks Online company. You can refer to this article for more detailed steps and the process: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. Then, you can categorize and match the transactions.
