My old mobile phone number is no longer in use and I can't receive the verification code. How can I change it to my new mobile phone number?

There are two ways we can update the phone number in your Intuit account so you can receive your verification code seamlessly moving forward, Shuliang.

If you can sign in to your account, we can update your phone number in QuickBooks:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
2. Click on your Profile icon located in the upper right corner.
3. Select Manage your Intuit Account.
   
   
4. Go to the Sign in & security menu.
5. In the Phone section, enter your new phone number.
6. Once done, hit Save to confirm the changes.

On the other hand, if you're unable to sign in to your account, you can initiate a request to recover it. For detailed instructions, please visit this article and scroll down to the section titled Recover My Account: Recover your Intuit Account if you can’t sign in.
